How do I get to the Gili islands?

We recommend booking your boat ticket from either Eka Jaya (leaves from Padang Bai) or The Orian Prince (leaves from Serangin). These are open-ended tickets that allow you to change dates with 24-hour notice.

What time is Check-in?

We are open for check-ins all day, however, rooms will not be ready until early afternoon. We have a space to store your bags for early morning arrivals, and you are welcome to relax by our pool and enjoy a meal from our kitchen. Upon check-in, we hold onto your passport as a security deposit and to ensure its safekeeping while on the island.

What time is Check-out?

Check-out is by 10:00 a.m. Late fees may apply to checkouts after this time. If you need to leave a day early let us know as soon as possible to avoid extra charges.

Can we book dorm rooms together?

Accepted Answer

Bed Allocation on dorm rooms will be based on availability on the day and earlier bookings first, wherever possible groups will be kept together. Emailing asking to be together will not change how we allocate beds. If you booked in multiple bookings, feel free to ask to be together; if we can, we will do so.

What is your cancellation policy?

HostelWorld bookings 3 days in advance notice for free cancellation. Website direct bookings are non-refundable.

Do you have an age restriction?

The minimum age to stay at the hostel is 17 years old.

Can I bring outside alcohol into the hostel?

Accepted Answer

Consuming alcohol not purchased at our bar will result in confiscation of said alcohol, and continued consumption will result in accommodation being cancelled.
